Why people stay

What you get here

01Real training

You learn the Brothers system: how we measure, form, hang and quote, and why. Nobody gets thrown on a ladder and left to figure it out.

02Trucks and gear

We bring the trucks and the gutter machine. You bring the work ethic.

03A brand people trust

Homeowners already know the name, so you walk up to every door with a head start.

04Work you can point to

Every run you hang is a home that stays dry for years. You will drive past your work all over Los Angeles.

A day on the crew

What the job actually looks like

  1. Unloading equipment from the Brothers van at a Los Angeles job
    Morning

    Load up and roll out

Check the day’s jobs, load the truck and head out to homes across Los Angeles.

  2. Riveting an end cap onto a gutter section at the van
    On site

    Form it right there

Seamless gutters come off the machine on the truck, cut to the exact length of the roofline.

  3. Installing seamless gutters along the roofline from the ladder
    On the ladder

    Hang it straight and tight

Set the pitch so the water goes where it should, then seal, guard and test.

  4. Reviewing the day’s job on a tablet before heading out
    Wrap up

    Leave it better

Walk the job with the homeowner and leave every property cleaner than you found it.

Opening 01 · Crew Member

Seamless gutters, formed on the driveway

Our crew members are the reason a home stays dry through the worst storm of the year. We form seamless gutters on site from a coil on the truck, cut every run to the exact length of the roofline and hang it so the water goes where it should. The same crews handle repairs, cleanings, BroGuard metal mesh guards, fascia and drainage.

Experience in construction, roofing or exterior work helps. Reliability, a good attitude and being comfortable on a ladder matter more.

Call (213) 205-6598 about the Crew Member role

Who does well here

  • You like working outside and with your hands
  • You show up on time and finish what you start
  • You are comfortable on a ladder
  • You take pride in a clean, straight line

Opening 02 · Solutionist (Sales)

Solutionists, not salespeople

We do not call the person who visits a home a salesman. We call them a Solutionist, because that is the job: walk the roofline, figure out what the house actually needs, explain it in plain language and give the homeowner a straight written quote. Some days that means a full seamless installation. Some days it means telling someone their gutters just need two hangers and a cleaning.

Experience in construction, roofing, home services or field sales helps. Curiosity, honesty and reliability matter more.

Call (213) 205-6598 about the Solutionist role

Who does well here

  • You like people and you listen first
  • You would rather be honest than pushy
  • You are organized and follow through
  • You are curious about how houses work
How to apply

Call (213) 205-6598 and ask for the role you want, or send us your details with a note saying which opening you are applying for. A real person reads every message.

Questions before you apply

Do I need gutter experience to apply?

No. Experience in construction, roofing, exterior work or field sales helps, but reliability and a good attitude matter more. Every new team member trains on the Brothers system.

What does a Solutionist do?

A Solutionist visits homeowners at scheduled appointments, walks the roofline, explains what the house needs in plain language and writes a clear, honest estimate. It is a sales role built around solving problems, not pushing products.

Where will I work?

On homes across Los Angeles, the area our Los Angeles team serves.

How do I apply?

Call (213) 205-6598 and ask for the role you want, or send your details through our contact page with a note saying which opening you are applying for.

Are you always hiring?

Yes. We keep both roles open because good people are always worth a conversation, even when the schedule is full.

Join the team

Ready to do work you can point to?

Bring your work ethic. We will bring the training and the trucks.
